Cry to Heaven #1 [W 37 (width from toe to toe) X H 40.25 X D 31.5 inches]

This Cry to Heaven #1 is an actual sculpture in mixed media, and painted by L-15. I am sure that his inspiration was the Cry to Heaven (zero), a painted cable spool (by Bernard Schatz as Cheyanne Sctatz).

L-15 had another name, Bernard Schatz. He worked in various media and did other things. He has authored a book on Chronic Pain. L-15 had been an artist for more than 60 years. On July 20, 2015 he passed on to wander the many galaxies of the Universe. Perhaps he now lives on the Planet Ascara in a Galaxy Far, Far Away. It could be Galaxy #23, he seemed fond of that one.
